ERDEMİR STEEL SERVICE CENTER (ERSEM) was established on 02.10.2001 by Turkey’s only integrated flat-steel manufacturer, Ereğli Iron and Steel Works Co. (ERDEMIR). ERSEM, being a subsidiary of ERDEMIR, began her commercial activities on January 1st, 2002 in Gebze Organized Industrial Zone.

 
ERSEM operates on an area of thirty thousand square meters, of which ten thousand is a closed area and half of this closed area is utilized for the purposes of stocking. With a production capacity of 200,000 tons per year, ERSEM provides slitting, edge-trimming and length-cutting services to cold-rolled or galvanized flat steel products in order to meet specific demands of manufacturers operating in flat-steel product used in sectors such as automotive, white-goods and etc.

ERSEM punctually provides products with high-quality and in exact quantities in line with customers’ needs. In this context, services such as constant technical and after-sales support is considered an integral part of customer-satisfaction oriented whole service approach.
